Okay so it has been some time and people keep asking me what the hell is going on with the new KRONiS record.

So here you go.

Tonight we are rehearsing with the FULL WEST COAST (LOS ANGELES) BAND and working on 4 new tracks and going over some of the material from the Canadian release.

You can expect some surprises in the new KRONiS live show including some old favorites and lots of new material with great guitar solos from a talented new lineup of stellar musicians.

Aaron and I[J. Michael] have been working on new material for the upcoming U.S. release. We have also been in the process of recording and should be due for some videos to be uploaded onto youtube. Everything is looking really good in ‘08 for KRONiS despite the Presidential election.

We are very excited and looking forward for what is to come in ‘08. Everything is going well and we can’t wait to start playing shows!

So here I am downtown LA in my new loft with no pressures of what time to do what other than my own set schedule.

I’m very excited about the new version of KRONiS and excited to get things cookin’. I’ve been SCHOOLED by my metal band UNRAVELED who kicks ass and has turned me into a seven-string guitarist and really opened my eyes to a lot of music I never new about or tried to play.

I’m ready to rock and have some gigs on April 18th and 4/20 with Unraveled in Santa Monica and in Bakersfield on some large main stage. see myspace.com/unraveledmusic for details.

As the year comes to a close, there are a lot of positive vibes and a bright future for 2008. The KRONiS Project is well underway with a new band in the works and new material on the way. There will be live shows in 2008 and we welcome drummer Randy Cooke to the team.
